Where’s Raven? November 2012

In November, Ravens can be spotted at user experience and social media events, as well as taking a few days off for the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday. Here’s where we’ll be.

User Interface 17 Conference Nov. 5-7

Boston, Mass.

This 3-day conference focuses on user experience, offering daylong workshops on advanced design processes, flexible team–based techniques, and multi–device solutions.

Raven’s Chief Product Officer Jon Henshaw and UI director Jeff Crump will be attending as the product team continues to develop ways to make Raven’s user experience even better.

Tuesday is sold out, but you can still register for some of Monday’s and Wednesday’s workshops for the single-day price of $825.

Explore Portland Nov. 15-16

Portland, Ore.

It’s a bittersweet event for us as we close out our sponsorship of the Explore five-city social media tour with Raven buddy Jason Falls in Portland after successful stops in Dallas, Minneapolis, Orange County and Raven’s home city of Nashville.

An all-Raven-ladies team of Communications Director Arienne Holland, Product Coordinator Alison Groves and yours truly be giving out our crowd favorite “I’m a Social Tool” T-shirts and offering tours of the Raven platform for both days of the event.

I’ll also be speaking on Day 1 at 2:50 p.m. on social media and the art of being interested.

Raven closed for Thanksgiving

And don’t forget; Raven’s offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 23 and Friday, Nov. 24 for the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday.
