Where’s Raven? June Edition

May was a big month for us at Raven, from continuing to improve our new user interface, launching the Raven Customer Care center, to spending a few weeks in New York City for several conferences.

We have big plans for June (some that we’re keeping under wraps for now!) including new features and upcoming conferences.

Webinars

Now that our new Customer Care center has launched, we have the perfect place to store all of our resources and webinars for users to look through at their leisure. We’ve got some great webinars lined up for June, to help you get to know each section of Raven Tools a bit better. Here’s what’s on tap for this month:

June 14: Raven’s reporting engine. Nearly every tool within Raven’s platform is reportable, and you have not only full control over exactly what data you report, but also the branding of that report. We’ll be walking you through setting up scheduled reports and one-time reports, as well as setting up the perfect branding to ensure that your reports look exactly how you’d like them to. June 21: Raven’s Research tools. By incorporating many different third party data sets, Raven provides you many options when it comes to SEO keyword, domain and competitive research. Join us for a look at all of our research capabilities, and how those tools combine with all of the other tools in Raven’s arsenal. Sign up now!

June 28: Marketing metrics. Raw data is the cornerstone of any Internet marketing campaign, and the Raven platform can show you that data in spades. Whether it be Google Analytics, search engine ranking data or numbers relating to your Campaign Monitor or MailChimp email campaigns, we’ll walk you through how all of these tools work, and how they work with other tools in the Raven platform. Sign up now!

Guest posts

Taylor Pratt, our ever present guest blogger, has several posts coming up this month on industry blogs. Taylor will be featured on Search Engine Journal on June 13 and Search Engine People on June 14. We’re all big fans of guest blogging here, so if you’re looking for someone else to write for your blog, give us a shout.

Conferences

This month I’ll be traveling to San Antonio, Texas to exhibit at the PRSA Travel & Tourism conference. Marketers from the travel industry will be in San Antonio for three days to network and learn all about new media opportunities in marketing as it applies to the world of travel. Raven will have a table at the event, so if you are attending, be sure to stop by and say hello. I’ll even have some of the famous Raven T-shirts with me for you to take home with you.
