Raven Launches New Facebook Fan Page Tool

Raven Launches New Facebook Fan Page Tool

Facebook Monitoring Tool
We’re very excited to launch another summer surprise. Today at the BlueGlass LA conference we introduced our new Facebook Fan Page tool!

The Facebook tool provides users with the ability to track Fan Page growth, engagement, analytics metrics, and create custom, branded reports on the data. Here are a few of the features users can use to track their Fan Pages. You can also schedule wall posts, post directly to your wall and respond to comments – all from within Raven.

Page Views

Page Views tracks the number of times users have viewed tabs on your Fan Page. The tool allows you to track all page views and unique page views your Fan Page has received over the selected time frame.

Fan Tracking

The Page Fans metrics allow you to keep track of both total fan counts, and also shows the number of new fans you’ve added each day during the selected time frame.

Posts, Comments & Likes

Tracking visitor engagement is important for measuring the effectiveness of your Facebook marketing campaign. The new monitoring tool allows you track wall post counts, likes and comments.

Website Traffic

It’s great to know what is happening on your Fan Page, but are any of your fans visiting your site? If you’ve synced up your Google Analytics account with the website you’re managing in Raven, you’ll be able to view visitor counts from Facebook to your website.

Scheduling and Posting to Your Wall

Within the new Facebook Monitoring tool you can also schedule and post directly to your wall. You can include links with your wall posts and even comment on both your own and your fans’ posts.

PDF Reporting

You can also create white-labeled, PDF reports on your Fan Page data. You can instantly generate a PDF report that uses the default template for your profile by clicking the PDF Report link below your Fan Page profile image. Additionally, you can add a Fan Page report in the Reports section of Raven so the data can be included in any campaign report you’re creating.

Facebook Reporting

The Facebook tool is included in the Pro, Agency and Enterprise accounts. We have some great updates in store for you, stay tuned!
