Raven hires three new Ones

Two ladies and one gentleman have joined Raven in recent weeks, bringing our team to a total of 24.

So we can all get to know them a little better, I asked our newbies to pick out 10 questions to answer from the famous Vanity Fair Proust questionnaire.

The Quirky One

Leah EdwardsLeah Edwards has joined Raven Internet marketing as an Office Manager. Leah has more than two years of experience in office management. She previously served as Office Manager at Dodd Studio, a photography studio in Texas.

  1. What is your greatest extravagance?
    It isn’t to the point of intervention, but I love vintage clothes.
  2. Which talent would you most like to have?
    Song-crafting.
  3. Where would you like to live?
    In a secret tree-house like Swiss Family Robinson.
  4. Who are your favorite writers?
    Henry David Thoreau, Virginia Woolf, Carole Maso, Donald Miller, C.S. Lewis and God.
  5. What is your most marked characteristic?
    My quirkiness.
  6. What do you most value in your friends?
    Compassion toward others.
  7. How would you like to die?
    Romantically—maybe strewn across a train track. Only because it would be a poetic story.
  8. Which word or phrases do you most overuse?
    “No worries.”
  9. If you could change one thing about your family, what would it be?
    That they would live closer to Nashville.
  10. If you could choose what to come back as, what would it be?
    A pixie or a flying squirrel.

Jeanne McRedmondJeanne McRedmond has joined Raven Internet Marketing Tools as Director of Customer Support. Jeanne has more than 15 years of experience in client service and service delivery. She previously served as Senior Manager of eMarketing Services for Acxiom in Nashville.

  1. What is your idea of perfect happiness?
    The beach, preferably with a cocktail in hand. :)
  2. What is the trait you most deplore in others?
    Dishonesty.
  3. What is your greatest extravagance?
    Shoes!!!
  4. What do you most value in your friends?
    Loyalty.
  5. What is your most treasured possession?
    I guess I should say my family and not my shoes, right??

    “I do have to say…”
  7. What or who is the greatest love of your life?
    My family and my two rescued cats, Holly and Mandy.

    Sing…I think I’m the only one in Nashville that doesn’t.

    Sarcastic humor.

    What goes around, comes around. Karma is a bitch!

The Longwinded One

Jonathan MorelandJonathan Moreland has joined Raven Internet Marketing Tools as Trial Manager. Jonathan has more than five years of marketing experience, including public relations, social media and SEO. He previously served as a social media manager for D50 Media in Boston.

  1. What is your idea of perfect happiness?
    Something involving a combination of my Grandfather’s lake house, cold beer on a muggy summer day and the Kansas City Royals winning.
  2. Which living person do you most admire?
    My father. Friend, mentor, cancer survivor and selfless do-gooder to all around him, family and strangers alike.
  3. Which talent would you most like to have?
    I wish I could dance. Sure, I dance like no one’s watching, but usually they are.
  4. What is your most marked characteristic?
    Long-windedness.
  5. Who is your favorite hero of fiction?
    Dalton from “Road House.”
  6. What is it that you most dislike?
    Phonies.
  7. How would you like to die?
    Full, warm and surrounded by family, decades after the zombiepocalypse.
  8. What is your motto?
    My motto is that I have no motto.
  9. What is your greatest extravagance?
    Live sporting events. The quantity and lengths I go to in order to attend are pretty absurd.
  10. What do you most value in your friends?
    Their cast-iron livers and ability to make me laugh.
  11. What do you consider the most overrated virtue?
    Moderation. Life’s short, do it big.
  12. Which words or phrases do you most overuse?
    “Wheelhouse,” “I’m just saying,” and “triple check.”

Random Raven staff poll
