New Raven training webinars scheduled

It’s time to resume the Raven Tools webinar series. Over the past few months we’ve held eight educational webinars on how to use Raven Tools, as well as two open Q&A discussions with Product Manager Jon Henshaw. Now that conference season is over (we were at four shows in October and November), we want our current and future users to learn to be more efficient power Raven users.

Over the next four weeks, our webinars will focus on the core features of Raven: research, manage, monitor and report. We’ll cover how to use the tools to achieve each of the main goals and will follow this series up with specific tool-by-tool tutorials. Each webinar lasts approximately 45 minutes and will be recorded for future viewing.

Research: Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010, 3 p.m. CST
