Introducing “kl.am” – The Link-Juice-Loving URL Shortener by Raven

I’ve been wanting to build a link shortener for quite some time. I knew with the mad skillz of RavenScott and RavenJason we could build a stronger, better and more powerful link shortener! So in the midst of PubCon Austin 2009, we did.

Introducing kl.am, the little link shortener that could. kl.am is used to “kompress” URLs into little URLs using all of its bivalve muscly might. You can create really tiny URLs or “kustom” URLs. It also redirects traffic using search engine friendly 301 redirects, and provides referral traffic statistics.

We’ll be using kl.am for several new Raven services, but you can use it for free as much as you want at http://kl.am

Matt, “I” is “Jon” and it was Scott and Jason who built it, not me. I couldn’t program to save my life. I did style it though :D

    Who is “I”? This Jon?

This looks pretty cool. Have you talked to the Twitterdeck folks about getting this baked in to that app?
