My absolute favorite thing about my job is traveling the globe and meeting so many of our awesome users face to face. It’s so great to take a moment to get a chance to chat, and to let everyone know that we’re happy to help with whatever they may need.
One question we get above all is, “Hey, can I log into my account and ask you a few things?” When we’re set up in a demonstration situation within our expo hall booth, that’s a tough thing for us to do.
However, we want to take the time to sit down with you and answer those questions you’re having, and at SES New York we’re going to try something new that will let us do just that.
On Wednesday, March 21, we have appointments available during the conference expo hall hours (10 am -3 pm EST) to sit down with us and go over any questions you may have about Raven.
We can log in to your account, answer specific questions, or even chat about your workflow and how you can get the most out of your Raven experience. The appointments are in 15-minute increments, and (we hope!) will be very easy to sign up for.
If you have a Google account (make sure you are logged in) you can use this calendar to book an appointment time. Just select the slot of your choice, hit save, and you’ll be good to go!
