It’s time to go Pro with Raven

When Raven first created the Solo account, we wanted to provide access to affordable SEO tools. Since then, Raven has evolved into a full-fledged Internet marketing platform that also includes social media tools and advertising tools. We integrate more than a dozen data sources—each with standalone value—and offer agency-level scaling and reporting. To continue to add new tools and features to our platform and maintain our competitive prices, we needed to make a change.

That’s why, beginning today, Raven is discontinuing the Solo account option for new customers. The new baseline account level is Raven Pro. Agency is the next tier, and Enterprise pricing is available upon request.

We have already emailed existing Solo customers about the change. And don’t worry—we’re taking very good care of them during this transition.

Raven Pro, with a $99/month base price that is not changing, is the ideal account level for consultants, small agencies and in-house professionals. Raven Agency, with a $249/month base price that is not changing, is the ideal account level for larger agencies and Internet marketing teams.

Questions you might have

  • How do I find out my account level, upgrade my account or cancel my account? account-type Account owners (not sub-users) should go to Main settings > Account Type in the Raven application. This will tell you what account type you have now. If you want to upgrade or cancel, you can do it from this screen.
  • What if I’m still testing a trial account? All Raven trial accounts are for Pro accounts. When your trial ends, you will be prompted to sign up for a Pro or Agency account. Simply choose one or the other.
  • What will you do with my data if I cancel my account? Raven deletes all customer data 30 days after an account is canceled. We strongly recommend that you download your data before you cancel your account. Click the “Export to CSV” button on tools with data export options.
