Better “White Label” Control feature

We are constantly updating, tweaking and improving the Raven SaaS, but we have a bad habit of not publicizing those changes. We’re going to start making a better effort to announce updates made to the system, so you can know what’s new, and also be aware of the neat changes we’re making – sometimes on a daily basis.

Hide Toolbar, Forum and Support Links

You might be asking, “Why in the world would you want to hide any of those links?” Many of our users are Agencies, and they take advantage of Raven’s White Label capabilities, which allows them to use their own domain, and present Raven as their own SaaS to their clients. Since we’re unable to fully separate Raven’s identity from those sections, we’ve created the ability to hide them from users all together.

These options are available on the Role Edit page. If you want to turn access on or off for any of these options, edit the role. After you save the changes, it will update the access rights for any user that’s assigned that role.

Dana, our ESP has been in the beta lab for some time. Look for awesome new features in the future as a result of reading the minds of Raven users.

  2. Were you guys reading my mental wish list regarding role access? Since when did Raven setup the ESP API? :-)

Add rank history reporting to that? WOOT!
